2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are based on current supplier pricing.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed after successful payment.
• Secure payment gateways are used for transactions.

3. Delivery Policy

• We try to provide fast delivery all over Bangladesh.
• Delivery timing may vary by district and courier availability.
• Delivery charges depend on location and package size.

4. Return & Exchange

• Damaged or incorrect products are eligible for exchange.
• Products must be checked in front of the delivery rider.
• Return charge may apply for personal preference returns.
• Dhaka Return Charge: 140 BDT
• Outside Dhaka Return Charge: 200 BDT
